VPNVertex

Affiliate disclosure

How VPNVertex earns money, how commercial links are labeled, and the firewall between revenue and editorial judgment.

THE SHORT VERSION

Some links can earn us a commission

You do not pay extra.

If you click an eligible VPN link and subscribe, the provider or affiliate network may pay VPNVertex a commission. This supports research, editing, hosting, and site maintenance.

Current commercial relationships

VPNVertex may participate in affiliate programs for VPN and privacy products, including relationships managed through affiliate networks such as Impact.com. A provider’s inclusion here does not guarantee a recommendation, ranking, or positive verdict.

What money cannot buy

  • A guaranteed review score or ranking.
  • Removal of relevant criticism or material product limitations.
  • Pre-publication approval of our conclusions.
  • A claim that cannot be supported by verifiable evidence.

How commercial links are identified

Commercial articles include a visible disclosure before affiliate calls to action. Eligible links use attributes such as rel="sponsored". Buttons may use action language, but they should not disguise the commercial destination.

How rankings are protected

Products are assessed using the published research framework. If two products are close, the editorial decision is based on reader fit, evidence quality, transparency, and value — not the higher commission.
